I am a recent graduate of St. John’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications Arts where I took an extensive variety of courses including Principles of Public Relations, Principles of Marketing, Principles of Advertising, Public Relations Writing, Public Relations Strategies, and Special Event Publicity. These courses and my extensive work experience have made me confident that I can thrive in any marketing, public relations or communications position. 

As the current marketing manager for Modern Acupuncture in Staten Island, I analyze a variety of data to determine who our market audience is, as well as use that analytical data to generate impactful paid social media campaigns to convert leads into long term patients at our clinic. I also developed particularly strong writing skills during my time at Modern Acupuncture, writing press releases and pitch letters leading us to publications in the Staten Island Advance as well as Industry Magazine.

In addition to my experience working as a marketing manager for Modern Acupuncture, I also had the pleasure of working as a lead receptionist for Modern Acupuncture, as well as a receptionist for both European Wax Center and Massage Envy. This experience not only helped develop extensive customer relation skills and creative problem skills, but also helped me understand the trends of how consumers like to spend their money, and translate that as to how a business can be more attractive to customers by addressing their direct needs. Being able to balance these full time roles while also being a full time student taught me priceless time management skills. All these previous roles are skills valuable to my career.
